Hello everybody! How are you all doing? Continue to share your smile to create the biggest bright light in the word. Thank you for your constant support on my blog and I am seriously loving all your comments and reviews❤ Many thanks to you guys!

Today, I want to talk about a topic that constantly swirls around the world every moment and that is - support!.. Being there for someone in need, supporting them, advising and sometimes even leading them.

‘A friend in need is a friend indeed’

Today, this world and life are not so small in comparison to a world people lived in and experienced 20 years ago. We are all connected with each other through one or the other. Posting letter and couriers are not the only way to connect now. There’s much more than that. In fact, I don’t think I would have been able to get this message across in this form years ago.

Yet, there are people in the world, who suffer without a shoulder to lean on, a person to speak or cry to, a lap to lay on, soulmate to share a moment of laughter. Yet, there are people who feel that they are alone behind their screens and doors. Yet, there are people who settle with ‘this is the world!’ kind of attitude. Those people feel that burying everything within them is the best way to do it! No! It is not like that and its shouldn't be that way.

One thing we need to keep in mind constantly is that every single person doesn't portray their life as how it truly is. It does not mean they are faking it. It means they are showing what they want to show and only share the happy part. Hence the only thing we can do is, be nice and be there.

Being nice doesn't have a set-out template to follow. It doesn't mean dropping sweet messages every day or giving nice compliments all the time. For some people, it just means not saying anything that would hurt them at all.

According to Samaritans - the charity, there were 6,213 suicides in the UK & Ireland in 2017. Now that is not normal and that is not right either. Imagine, they all had a person to talk, to tell their problems to, to hear back that everything's going to be fine and in 5 years time this would be a funny situation to think of. Now, I am not saying everyone would be easy but at least some. Maybe, if they were alive, some of them would have been top successful & motivating individuals in life.

According to the New Yorker, every 40 seconds someone commits suicide. From the same source, it has been mentioned that nearly half a million Americans are taken to the hospital due to suicide attempts. One of the very few reasons for this could be loneliness. When people are lonely, they could feel very cold inside and as if they are being attacked. They often try to find the easiest method to escape, hence end up attempting suicide.

Look around you, try and tell the people around you that you’re there for them if they are ever in need & that you’ll try your best to give support. Give that hope that could light not only their day but also their life. During the cause of this, you could even find such amazing & life long friends.

Of course, there are a lot of charities that work to be there for everyone in need... but, let's do our part too. People share their feelings through plotting out words about their life even in simple, small conversations (when they can’t say it straight), through posts on social media, looking upset & tired and many more. If you can, take a minute to check if they are okay.

Your talk could be a very big step forward for them. So, don’t hesitate or even neglect to put your step forward. Share love & happiness - one important way to a healthy, happy life.

Good day guys!🌷
