Hello butterflies! First of all, how are you all? & Thank you so much for the reception you guys gave on the previous post. Keep smiling and make someone else smile too.

We are soon reaching out to the autumn season. Girls, have you got your autumn wardrobe sorted? But before all that, I am guessing you all are back to work from that nice summer break right? Now, have a good think. Are you still as happy as you were when you were on your summer break, at the beach, chilling? Now that you've gotten back to work - which takes up to about half of your every day? Do you still wake up with a happy smile before you get ready for work? It is understandable that when it's cold or when you're tired it would be difficult to face the day forward. However, do you feel that on a daily basis? Because your current career is not what you wanted to do in life. Especially if it’s a professional one. Choose wisely guys! Your career plays a big part in your life. Your lifestyle's finance relies on that. So, yes, you do need to work hard... maybe a little too hard at times. That's totally fine. As long as it doesn't affect your personal life or the people outside your work world. Still, there are tons of people out there who work so hard not because they want to, but because they are forced to. I know someone who used to feel tired and miserable due to the work they were doing. For them, it was definitely not the work itself, but the surroundings and the time they spent working (or related to the work). It could be anything for you. The place, the people you work with and sometimes (most of the times) the salary - what you get in return. It may be different for YOU. Now I feel very delighted to say that they are more jovial and energetic. The only reason they/I could think of is the change in work. Not necessarily to another industry but a much more contented surrounding.

Don't kill yourself for a job that would replace you within a week if you dropped dead. You are important. Very important!

Make sure you're in the right place. At least a place where you could go to and return back home with the feeling 'Now, it's home time'. Again, I agree with working hard. Without hard work you won't/can't achieve much. Yet, there is a difference between adjusting for a little time and compromising. Don't compromise. Otherwise, you'll have to compromise lifelong.

I hope you all be in good places in life. Good day all.
